Notifications

Amber sends email reminders when you haven’t reviewed in a while. These are designed to be helpful, not annoying.

Escalation schedule

Reminders follow an escalating pattern based on how long you’ve been inactive:

• 1 day — gentle nudge
• 3 days — you have cards piling up
• 7 days — your retention is dropping
• 14 days — final reminder

After 14 days, emails stop. We won’t keep bothering you.

Managing notifications

In the app

Click your profile icon and toggle Email notifications on or off.

In email

Every notification includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. No login required.

Email provider

Notifications are sent via Resend. They come from a noreply@ address associated with Amber.
